Alexis N. Tsotakos is an associate of the Jeffrey Law Group, PLLC, The Federal Employee’s Law Firm®.
Ms. Tsotakos concentrates her practice in the areas of employment and discrimination law. Ms. Tsotakos represents Federal employees, managers and senior executives in employment counseling, litigation, mediation and arbitration. Ms. Tsotakos’ practice involves litigation before such administrative agencies as the U.S. Merit Systems Protection Board (MSPB) and the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC).
Ms. Tsotakos earned her law degree from the American University, Washington College of Law. During law school, Ms. Tsotakos worked as a law clerk for a small plaintiffs’ side firm specializing in private sector employment discrimination. That experience kindled her passion and commitment to work with individuals to improve their work experiences and protect their rights.
Ms. Tsotakos earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Women and Gender Studies from Kenyon College in Ohio.
Ms. Tsotakos is a member of the Maryland Bar and the District of Columbia Bar.
