Sarah McKinin is an associate of the Jeffrey Law Group, PLLC, The Federal Employee’s Law Firm®.
Ms. McKinin concentrates her practice in the areas of employment and discrimination law. Ms. McKinin represents Federal employees, managers and senior executives in employment counseling, litigation, mediation and arbitration. Ms. McKinin’s practice involves litigation before such administrative agencies as the U.S. Merit Systems Protection Board (MSPB) and the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC).
Ms. McKinin earned her law degree from The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law. During law school, Ms. McKinin represented indigent clients in the fields of family and immigration law as a D.C. Certified Student Attorney in the Columbus Community Legal Service’s Families and the Law Clinic.
Ms. McKinin earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Drexel University, where she graduated magna cum laude.
Ms. McKinin is a member of the Pennsylvania and District of Columbia (D.C.) Bars.
