I cannot say enough about the incredible work of Mahoney & Jeffrey. I would recommend them to any federal employee who needs representation for legal action involving their employment. Their command of the legal intricacies of the federal system ensured that obvious as well as very subtle governmental legalities, rules and regulations which are necessary for running a large bureaucratic system were not inappropriately used against me by people with reckless malintent. I would have been lost without this firm. My case was settled for everything I asked for, but had it gone to hearing there would have been no doubt in my mind about the outcome. Mahoney & Jeffrey staff from the very first contact were thoroughly professional, did not raise false expectations, and always gave a realistic view of where the case could go as it progressed and as evidence accumulated. Their advice to me was always objective and never failed to help me even during the most difficult times. The expense of legal work in a case like mine was not trivial.
